Here is one real job: 71 customers whose gas certificate expires inside 60 days and who have no service plan. Thinking about it costs nothing. Every line that leaves the building costs one credit.

Nothing leaves the building until you approve the plan, and every action is written to an audit log as it happens — what it did, in which system, on whose say-so. If a run goes wrong you can see exactly which items went out and which did not. Where an action can be undone inside the connected system, you can undo it from the run report. If it sent something it should not have, tell us and we will [refund policy for miscredited actions — to confirm].
The run pauses and tells you. It does not half-finish a job quietly and it does not start charging you without asking. You can top up and it picks up exactly where it stopped, or you can leave it — the actions already done are done, and the rest are still sitting in the plan.
There is no clock on it. You get 5,000 credits — around ten real jobs — and they sit there until you use them, so nothing runs out while you are busy. No card is taken and nothing is ever charged automatically. When the credits are gone you either choose a plan or drop back to the free tier and keep every tool.
Yes, from inside the app, without ringing anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and then drop to free — your data, records and history stay where they are. Refunds for part-months: [refund policy — to confirm].
Export everything — customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, message history — in a standard format, on any plan including free. It is your business's data, not ours. Deleting your account removes it from live systems immediately and from backups within [retention window — to confirm].
