The agreement
These terms are between you (or the company you are signing up for) and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], company number [COMPANY NUMBER]. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.
What you get
The free tier stays free. Every tool, unlimited manual use, no cap on contacts. You do the work yourself and pay nothing.
Paid plans buy execution. One credit is one action, charged only when the action succeeds. A failed action costs nothing. Plan prices and included credits are on the
pricing page.
Managed is the same product. The difference is who operates it. Scope is agreed separately in writing.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe and make sure the people you invite are people you trust — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
You are responsible for having the right to connect the systems you connect, and for the lawful basis on which you contact your customers.
What an operative may do
An operative acts only within an objective you approved, and only inside the limits you set. It will not contact anyone on your do-not-contact list, exceed a spend limit, or take an action of a type you have not enabled.
You remain responsible for the outcome of the work you approve, in the same way you would be responsible for work done by someone you employed. Read the plan before you approve it.
What we promise about reliability
Datify reports honestly. If it says an action completed, it completed; if it failed, you are told which one and why, and you are not charged for it.
We aim for [UPTIME TARGET] availability. Where a written service level applies to your plan, it is at [SLA URL] and takes precedence over this paragraph.
Beyond that the service is provided as-is. Model output can be wrong, which is exactly why nothing leaves the building without your approval.
Your data stays yours
You own everything you put in and everything an operative produces for you. We claim no rights over it beyond what we need to run the service for you.
You can export all of it at any time, including after you stop paying. How we handle it is on the
privacy page.
What you may not use it for
Sending messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or in breach of the marketing rules that apply to you. Impersonating anyone. Anything unlawful. Attempting to break the approval limits or reach another customer's data.
We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.
Billing, and ending it
Plans are billed [BILLING FREQUENCY] in advance; credits are consumed as actions succeed. Prices can change with [NOTICE PERIOD] notice.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We can end the agreement with [NOTICE PERIOD] notice, or immediately if you breach these terms.
On termination your data stays available for export for [EXPORT WINDOW].
Liability
Neither of us excludes liability for anything the law does not let us exclude. Beyond that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.
