Who we are
Datify is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION], company number [COMPANY NUMBER], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For anything on this page, write to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
For data protection purposes we are the controller of your account data, and the processor of the business data you connect — your customers, jobs and invoices remain yours.
What we collect
Your account. Name, email, the company you say you work for, and how you use the product — which pages, which features, which actions succeeded or failed.
The systems you connect. When you connect an inbox, calendar, phone line or accounting tool, Datify reads the records it needs to do the job you asked for. That includes your customers' names, contact details and history.
What operatives do. Every plan, approval and action is written to a log, along with what it changed and whether it worked.
We do not sell any of it, and we do not use your customer data to train models for other customers.
Why we hold it
To run the product you asked for: an operative cannot draft a sensible reminder without knowing who is due, what they paid last time and how you talk to them.
To show you honest reports. The log exists so that when Datify says it sent 340 messages, you can check all 340.
To bill you correctly — credits are charged per successful action, so we keep the record of which ones succeeded.
To keep the service secure and to meet our legal obligations.
Nothing goes out without your approval
Datify plans work and then stops. An operative does not contact your customers, change a record or spend money until you have seen the plan and approved it. Approval is per objective, and the limits you set are enforced in the system rather than requested of the model.
Who else sees it
The people you invite to your account, and nobody else on your side.
The providers we use to run the service — hosting, model inference, email and telephony delivery, payments. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. The current list is at [SUBPROCESSOR LIST URL].
Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, in which case we will tell you unless the law forbids it.
Where it lives, and for how long
Data is stored in [PRIMARY DATA REGION]. Where a provider processes data outside that region we rely on [TRANSFER MECHANISM].
We keep your data for as long as your account is open. After you close it we delete or anonymise within [RETENTION PERIOD], except where we must keep records longer for tax or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to it. Export is built into the product — you do not need to ask us, and you do not need an active subscription to take your data with you.
Write to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] and we will respond within [RESPONSE WINDOW]. If you are not satisfied you can complain to [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY].
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus a small amount of analytics to see which parts of the product get used. The detail is on the
cookies page.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and, where the change matters, tell you before it takes effect.
