INDEPENDENT JUDGING

Three judges, three phones, one indisputable result

Each official scores blind — no one sees another card until the round closes. Scorelock applies the ruleset, resolves majority and split decisions, and shows exactly how the winner was reached.

AI IN THE CORNER

It watches the table so your officials can watch the fight

Call scores out loud and they land. Point a camera at an existing scoreboard and it reads it. And when one judge drifts from the other two, you hear about it during the event — not in a protest afterwards.

HOW A MATCH RUNS

Draw the bracket. Call the fight. Publish the result.

No laptop at the table, no spreadsheet after, no arguing over a photo of a paper card.

01

Load the event

Import entries, pick the sport and ruleset, set round length and rest, and the brackets seed themselves.

02

Judges join the mat

A code on the screen puts each official on the right match, with only the buttons their role needs.

03

Score it live

Tap, or say it. Penalties, warnings and knockdowns apply the right maths for the sport automatically.

04

Publish and advance

Winner declared, sheet exported, bracket advanced, leaderboard and rankings updated in the same second.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Everything the table, the corner and the crowd need

One system for scoring, timing, brackets, broadcast and the paperwork afterwards.

Match timer, built per sport

Configurable rounds, rest periods, golden score and stoppage time — with horns and mat-screen countdowns everyone can see.

Bracket management

Single or double elimination, pools, repechage and byes. Winners advance the moment a decision is signed off.

Athletes, rankings, history

A profile per athlete with full match history, win methods and club affiliation, feeding a live leaderboard and season rankings.

Instant replay of every event

Scroll back through the timeline to any point, penalty or knockdown, see who awarded it and when, and correct it with an audit trail.

Official sheets as PDF

Federation-format result sheets with per-judge cards, penalties and signatures — exported per match, per mat or per event.

Predictive performance

Every scored exchange builds a picture of an athlete’s tendencies — where points come from, where rounds are lost, and who is trending into form.

BROADCAST & SPECTATORS

The score is on the stream and in every pocket in the hall

One OBS source for the overlay, one QR code for the crowd. Parents at the back of a sports hall see the same numbers as the commentary desk.

Download Scorelock
OBS overlay source
Drop in a browser source URL and the scoreboard, timer and corner names key straight over your feed.
QR for the crowd
A poster on the wall gets spectators a live read-only board for any mat, with no app to install.
Multi-mat control room
Watch every mat at once from the desk, jump into any match, and see which ones are running behind.
Works offline
Judging carries on if the venue wi-fi drops, then reconciles the moment the connection returns.

Quick answers

Each ruleset is editable — point values, penalty thresholds, round counts, tie-breaks and win conditions. Set your association’s variant once and it applies to every mat at every event you run.

No. Any phone or tablet with a browser works — they scan a code and they’re on the match. The mat screen is any laptop or TV you can point at a URL.

Never. Officials score; the AI only speeds up entry, reads existing scoreboards, drafts summaries and flags where judges disagree. Every automated action is attributed and reversible, and the decision stays with your table.

Judging continues on-device and the timer keeps running. Scores queue locally and reconcile in order when the connection returns, so nothing is lost and nothing gets double-counted.

Yes — as many as your event needs, each with its own judges, timer and screen, all visible from one control view. Brackets across mats stay in sync as results land.
