Nothing gets lost
Every call is saved, even the short ones. Unresolved and urgent calls show in Today in your workspace and in your daily summary until they are dealt with.
Calling customers back
Datify does not ring customers back on its own. You decide who calls back and when. If you agree a rule with us for follow-up messages, Datify can send those on your behalf.
