Core ideas
Operatives, objectives, plans, and the closed loop.
Five ideas explain how everything in Datify fits together.
Operatives
An operative is an AI that runs part of your operations — think of it as an employee, not a chatbot. Each has a name, a job, the tools it can act in, and the knowledge it needs. You can have as many as you like, each trained for something different.
Objectives, not tasks
You give Datify outcomes. It treats “I need 20 appointments” as a goal to reverse-engineer, not a single action to perform. It uses everything it knows about your business to decide what needs to happen.
Plan → approve → delegate
For every objective, Datify proposes a plan you can read, edit and approve, then delegates it to the operative you choose. This is the trust layer: the AI does the work, you keep the judgment.
The closed loop
Under the hood every objective runs a loop: Observe → Plan → Execute → Measure → Learn → Re-plan. The more context Datify has (your leads, calendars, messaging, policies), the better its decisions.
The moat is the combination
The individual tools are free. The value is the combination — your data, context, permissions, workflows, execution and history in one place — which is what makes Datify able to safely act on your behalf.
